Overview Single-module tunnel warmer by TMCI Padovan (SAP-Blendtech), built in 2023 for filled beverage cans. The machine brings cold-filled cans from 5 °C to 25 °C with a 40 °C water spray over a treatment surface of 9 m², at an output of 35,000 cans per hour. It was configured for 0.33 l and 0.15 l cans. The tunnel body, frame and pipework are stainless steel. The machine is steam-heated, with a multi-tubular heat exchanger for condensate recovery, and a Siemens PLC with teleservice and a touchscreen HMI runs the process. The machine is currently installed and was seen in operation.
