System Overview

Each line consists of one gravity roller conveyor, one gravity acceptance piece, and one chain conveyor. The system is designed to transport pallets linearly by gravity over a defined gradient using braking rollers. All components feature a robust sheet steel construction with galvanically zinc-plated carrying rollers. Height adjustment is provided via threaded spindles (M20). The maintenance-friendly design ensures continuous operation and easy replacement of individual assemblies.

1. Gravity Roller Conveyor ( 6 pieces )

Transports goods linearly over a defined gradient on carrying rollers. Features premium braking rollers with a three-stage planetary gear for progressive braking and extremely smooth start-up.

2. Gravity Acceptance Piece (6 pieces)

Split design allowing one or two pallets to be removed, for example with a hand pallet truck. Receives pallets from the gravity roller conveyor and blocks further pallets from sliding forward via an automatically actuated locking mechanism. Features premium braking rollers with a three-stage planetary gear for progressive braking and smooth start-up.

3. Chain Conveyor, 2-strand, Euro longitudinal (6 pieces)

Transports goods horizontally at a defined level on a transport chain (10B2, straight link plates). The frame features a sheet steel construction with the drive motor positioned between the chain strands. Integrated chain tensioners in the frame profile allow easy re-tensioning of the transport chain. Chains, sprockets, and deflection sprockets are shielded from unintentional contact by a protective cover.
