What's included:

Infeed and shredding
• Genox CBS13080 metal infeed conveyor – heavy steel-slat belt for feeding bales or loose film into the pre-shredder
• Genox YS1300 pre-shredder – single-shaft, hydraulic ram fed, 75 kW main drive. Opens bales and cuts film down before washing
• Genox CBR6090L conveyor belt – 4 kW twin-angle belt conveyor

Pre-washing
• Genox GRD6025 pre-washer – 45 kW / 60 HP, 415 V / 50 Hz, built 2018, serial S19UL04, CE marked. Strips sand, grit and soil from the film before it reaches the granulators

Size reduction
• Genox GXC1200N film granulator – GXC1200 series heavy-duty granulator, 1,200 mm wide × 520 mm diameter rotor, outboard bearings, hydraulic-assisted chamber and screen opening
• Genox V800 single-shaft shredder/granulator – 400 mm × 800 mm rotor, 35 reversible 40 mm cutters, hydraulic ram feed, 40 mm screen, approx. 3,650 kg

Conveying, squeezing and drying
• Genox SCS4040 screw loader
• Genox SCS5070 screw loader
• 2 × Genox CBP6040 squeezer conveyors – 2.2 kW twin-angle belts feeding the squeezers

• Genox GSW800 horizontal centrifugal dryer
• 2 × Genox GFZ15 draught fans – 7.5 kW air-conveying blowers
• Genox GLD8 storage hopper
• 2 × Genox feeder/hopper/mixers

This is the front end, squeezing and drying section of a Genox SL-AF1000 film washing system, designed for around 1,000 kg/hr of LDPE agricultural film. It takes baled or loose film through pre-shredding, pre-washing, granulating, squeezing and drying – ready to add your own wash tanks and extrusion. The line was running on post-use LDPE film before it was dismantled, and video of it running is available.

When building or extending a film washing line, match the shredder and granulator capacity, the squeezer output and the dryer throughput to the film you take in and the tanks and extruder you already have. A complete set of matched Genox components saves the time and cost of sourcing machines one at a time.
