On behalf of our client, we are selling this Innosept Asbofill ABF
(Aseptic Bottle Filler), 10-Lane, PET bottle filling machine which is
designed for the aseptic filling of liquid, non-carbonated,
microbiologically sensitive high- and low acid products into
prefabricated plastic bottles. The client bought a new and bigger
aseptic filling machine for extension of his production capacities.
This current machine will be available in January 2026. Dismantling
and removal out of the factory will be done by the dairy factory., The
machine was used the last 8 years to fill protein shakes and milk
related drinks (cold fill) at the current factory. Before it was used
for fruit juices. Shell of life of the current products: 9 months
guaranteed. Capacity: 12.000 bottles/h @ 250 - 1.000 ml, 10.000
bottles/h @ till 1.500 ml and 8.000 bottles/h @ till 2.000 ml. Filling
accurancy: ± 2 ml (filling volume <1.000 ml) and ± 0,2% (filling
volume >1.000 ml). Bottle neck nominal diameter: 38 mm. With the same
nominal bottle neck diameter, different bottle shapes and sizes can be
filled. Support ring diameter: 43 mm. Production times: for low acid
products, 24 hours between 2 cleaning cycles and for high acid
products, 40 hours between 2 cleaning cycles. The filled bottles are
closed with an aseptic plastic screw cap / snap cap (with Single Use
Plastic / SUP addition) before being discharged from the machine.
Power: 400 V - 3 Ph - 50 Hz - ± 125 kW. Compressed air: 20-40 m3/h @
8 bar. Peroxide (H2O2): <5 liter/h with 1.000 ml bottles. Steam: 150
kg/h @ 6 bar / 150 °C. Water: 12 m3/h. Stainless steel control panel
with Siemens S7 PLC and touch screen operation panels. Production
hours: 62.371 hour. Total dimensions filler: ± 900 x 240 x 600 cm.
Weight:± 9.500 kg., The Aseptic Bottle Filler is completely closed,
linear machine with an extremely small aseptic zone. Effective bottle
and closure sterilization with peroxide technology (H2O2). Non-contact
filling system with filling valves with electromagnetic inductive
flowmeters. Positive-displacement flow to reliability maintain aseptic
conditions in the aseptic zone. Integrated valve manifold module
including sterile air preparation on top of the machine. Foam cleaning
station for automatic machine cleaning. Low-pressure air supply unit.
Capper unit located inside the aseptic zone. Easy handling of
different bottle shapes and materials within same neck diameter / fast
change over. Low residual oxygen levels thanks to nitrogene
technology, headspace flush with nitrogene. High flexibility for small
batches., Working principle: Pallets with preformed bottles will be
manually entered in the dump container. The container feed the bottles
up to the unscrambler (Lanfranchi 2L-SR-16, year 2017, Siemens S7-300
PLC) and the unscrambler add the bottles 1 by 1 on the empty bottle
conveyor. The bottle conveyor will transport the empty bottle to the
filling machine. The transport system consists of the drive with the
driven transport chains and the cell bars attached to them. The cell
bars pick up the bottles (10x bottles into each cell bar at a time) on
the support ring and transport them to the stations. The transport
takes place step by step in individual cycles. The transport chains
are located outside the aseptic zone. The bottles are transported to
the bottle sterilization station. The inside of the bottle and the
outer neck (up to the support ring) are sterilized using a hydrogen
H5753732 peroxide aerosol followed by blown-in hot air. 2 steps for
spraying the hydrogen peroxide aerosol, 2 steps stay time, 3 steps for
drying with hot air and 1 step for drying and rinsing with nitrogen.
In the filling station, magnetic inductive flow meters fill the
product. Special filling valves and filling spouts reduce foaming. In
the capping station, the bottles are closed with screw caps (with
Single Use Plastic / SUP addition). The caps are individually removed
from a magazine and fed to the capping station. Controlled by the
machine cycles, the caps are sterilized, positioned, and the bottle
will be closed. The bottle caps are sterilized using a hydrogen
peroxide aerosol followed by hot air. The grippers for bottle removal
remove the bottles simultaneously from two cell bars (2x 10 per
removal) and place them on the removal conveyor., Including supply and
exhaust air unit (air duct), Hydrogen peroxide dispenser and manuals
in German language., Type of Machine: PET Aseptic bottle filling
machine, Capacity: 12.000 bottles/h @ 250 - 1.000 ml, 10.000 bottles/h
