Piły taśmowe PILOUS ARG-300F

PILOUS ARG-300F metal band saw was built in 2024 in the Czech Republic by PILOUS-pásové pily, spol. s r.o. The machine is in perfect technical condition, practically unused – only a few test cuts were performed on it.

The PILOUS ARG-300F is an extremely versatile machine designed for both industrial plants and professional workshops. It is ideal for precise cutting of workpieces made of, among others, stainless steel and tool steel at an angle of 90°, +45° and +60°. Cutting is performed by means of a reliable saw blade, driven by a powerful electric motor with worm gearbox. The cutting speed is adjustable in a range from 15 to 90 m/min with the use of an inverter. Stable clamping of the workpiece, on the other hand, is ensured by a massive quick-clamping vise.

The machine’s design is based on a robust arm made of high-quality grey cast iron. This solution guarantees high rigidity, high cutting precision and long saw blade service life. The electrical system and cooling system are concealed in hollow parts of the arm, which effectively protects them from damage during operation. The arm is lifted manually with the support of adjustable tension springs that allow for setting of the optimum uplift force according to the type of material to be cut. The arm descends under its own weight and the speed of descent is continuously adjustable by an oil damper. When the cut is complete, the drive of the saw switches off automatically. The PILOUS ARG band saw machine weighs 455 kg.
