The machine is equipped with an electrically driven agitator for efficient product mixing, featuring a 3.3 kW motor operating at 380–420 V and 7.8 A. The lid incorporates injection ports for the direct injection of culinary steam into the product, as well as an integrated temperature sensor for monitoring the product temperature during processing.
