Its combination of vacuum technology, efficient powder incorporation, adjustable shear mixing and precise process control makes it an excellent solution for product development, pilot production and specialised food manufacturing., A key feature is the Turbo Mixer, incorporating an adjustable rotor-stator system capable of operating in both high-shear and low-shear modes. High-shear mixing provides intensive dispersion, emulsification and particle size reduction, while low-shear operation offers gentle product circulation for more delicate products. Variable-speed mixing and stirring, together with reversible agitator rotation, ensure excellent product homogeneity throughout the process., The machine offers two independent heating methods. Direct steam injection enables rapid product heating for applications requiring fast temperature increase, while jacket heating provides gentle and uniform heating using steam or hot water.
