Naczynia procesowe Producent: DIESSEL Powierzchnia 195 litrów Stal nierdzewna, polerowana Mobilny, bezciśnieniowy podwójnie osłonowany naczynie mieszające ze stali nierdzewnej z pokrywą zawiasową, kratką bezpieczeństwa nad otworem pojemnika i dolnym wylotem. Zbiornik jest zamontowany na ruchomej ramie z obrotowymi kółkami (dwa z nich mają hamulce postojowe). Centralnie ułożony mieszadło napędzane jest przez głowicę mieszadłową VISCO JET certyfikowaną przez ATEX, napędzaną osobnym silnikiem elektrycznym odpornym na wybuchy. Steruje się nią za pomocą stalowej szafy sterującej z komponentami Siemens i Eaton. System nadaje się do zastosowań w obszarze ATEX (zobacz oznakowanie mieszadel/silnik).

Diesel DICAR Unit 04 to system karbonizacji do profesjonalnego procesu produkcji napojów. Wyposażony w konwerter CO₂ DI-TRACO typu 4 (4–20 mA = 0–10 g/l CO₂) oraz sterownik PLC Siemens S7, system umożliwia precyzyjną i konsekwentną karbonizację napojów gazowanych, wody i produktów zawierających owoce. Dzięki zintegrowanym połączeniom do zasilania CO₂, sterowania procesami i opcjonalnego czyszczenia, jednostka DICAR 04 zapewnia higieniczną, bezpieczną i efektywną pracę.
