The production process includes unwinding of the nonwoven from the jumbo roll, slitting for a 2-lane production process (until packaging), dipping into liquid, longitudinal folding in Z- or W-fold, cross cutting (tissue length), 1 x cross folding, stacking, continue to packaging unit which handles film feeding and wrapping wet wipes, punching the hole (to open the pack), positioning of reclosable label, bag cutting/heat sealing.
